Feeling lazy this morning so I will just pick from your two lists.

Of the 20 songs posted, Redbone's "Come and Get Your Love" and Klaatu's "Calling Occupants...." and Sniff & The Tears "Driver's Seat" would be my favorites. I have most of these one hit wonders scattered on various compilation CD's

Your right Snowblue...this thread is a bit confusing as some songs were one off hits in one country and not another......... "One hit wonders" are generally artists who topped the charts and dissapeared or failed to chart again. So I guess i have to stick to the UK chart.........and do some research....and be back later

The whole one hit wonder thing is kind of funny, because all of these are one hit wonders...

1. All Along the Watchtower - the Jimi Hendrix Experience
2. Walk on the Wild Side - Lou Reed
3. Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon
4. Bang A Gong (Get it on) - T. Rex
5. Because the Night - Patti Smith

And then there are these far less surprising choices...
6. Psychotic Reaction - Count Five
7. We Ain't Got Nothing Yet - the Blues Magoos
8. Dirty Water - the Standells
9. Pushin' Too Hard - the Seeds
10. Hey Joe - the Leaves

Something In The Air - Thunderclap Newman (1969)
Grandad - Clive Dunn (1971)

Sorry to be a stickler but Redbone wasn't a one-hit wonder. They charted prior to Come And Get Your Love with this gem:
