Tomahawk is an experimental alt metal/alt rock band from California fronted by Mike Patton. They have done a lot of touring, both headlining shows and being opening acts.
Their latest album, 2007's Anonymous, is influenced by Native American culture. Though the band has not broken up, there is no word on any new albums, probably due to Mike being busy with his other projects (mainly the Faith No More tour).
Like every other band that Mike fronts, he brings experimentation to the mix, using different instrumental sounds and vocals to create interesting pieces of music....and, just like every other band Mike fronts, they barely make videos so I can only put up live performances.
God Hates a Coward is my favourite Tomahawk song and the live performance video (below) is just wow <3 That song rocks \m/ Their best album, imo, is their self titled debut.
I've almost covered every Mike Patton band, just a few more bands to go and CF will be Patton complete.
