Todd Rundgren at the Tarrytown Music Hall. NY

This one is my fault. Todd was great but this tour highlights deep tracks and rarities. I was wanting to revisit more of the songs from the Something / Anything and Todd albums. I had seen him a few times over the years and the last time was a show at the Grammercy Theater in NYC and the track list was perfect. I assumed this show would be the same. I should have researched it a little. His band and performance is great. You just have to make sure what the theme of the tour is before buying tickets.

Agree, Todd is always a buyer beware proposition. I think he does a pretty good job of letting fans know in advance about what's coming up but people do need to check. I've skipped more tours than I've attended the last 20 years because of his transparency.

Todd tours are always themed and not always geared toward fans of his '70's output. I saw the same tour you saw toward the beginning of the tour in 2024. I thought it was good to hear songs that I mostly had not heard before. However...I would say 50% of the audience had no clue in advance that they were in store for deep tracks from the last 30 years. Todd did not meet the expectations for those people wanting '70's material, that's for sure.

I just looked at the setlist from the 'Damned If I Do' show in Tarrytown. I think that's a really well-balanced set list and much different than the 'Me/We' tour with mostly deep tracks that I saw in 2004.

What additional songs would you like to have heard Todd play?

Question, was Kasim Sulton with him on bass?

Nice set list.....never had the chance to see him...never came to a venue close to me and I was in college from 69-75 when he did my favorite work of his and missed his 1974 show at IU.
Should have went later to one of his shows in Chicago but never got around to it.
Hes playing near me in August in Fort Wayne IN (2 hr drive) but no one I know would go with me.

After Healing in 1981....what are your favorites by him?
