Missed this one Lola,,,that takes me back. I grew up with my Mom playing 78's and then she started buying 33 1/3's when they entered the market. I don't think she bought any 45's at all...:think:

I am both happy we have gone digital and a little sad that we have lost a big chunk of our heritage, and there are those today that still maintain vinyl is better than digital, at least the lossy side of things. Although I am not a fan of his, Kid Rock was on a show a few years back talking about his new album, and was explaining how he has picked up old analog gear and records on it, and then let's the label transfer it to CD, feels that it sounds "warmer" that way.

Here's one I still have, loved this song the first time I heard it and the original is better than Crue's cover.
