As for the two versions in the poll, I like both for different reasons. The Crystals version is part of the soundtrack of my life seeing as it's played in a scene in the movie Goodfellas (when Karen and Henry are going into that club through the back), so I always think of that movie and that scene when I hear the Crystals.

I do have to say that I like the Beach Boys version just a little bit better though. I'm not a very big Beach Boys fan, but I think this was one of their better moments. (yeah yeah, shaddap with your Pet Sounds album)

Exactly where I first heard it too. I love the scene. I'll need to spin that soundtrack sometime soon if I can find it. I'm sure Gimme Shelter is on there too.
