I didn't think "Scream" was that bad at all. It's an improvement over "Black Rain" for sure at least.

I Don't Think Scream Was Bad At All.
Maybe 1 or 2 Songs Weren't As Good But Overall Scream Is A Decent Album.
The Sound Was Much Heavier Than Black Rain And It Was A New Start To Ozzys Band.

Bret Michaels ~ Custom Built
I know Bret has had health issues this past year, but I am sorry this album was really bad. The music is mediocre and the lyrics are very shallow. Bret tried to do a "country" thing with some of Poison's songs, and believe me, it is just awful. And he threw in some dance mixes. The album has no cohesive quality whatsoever.
