Tiny Tim would be my favorite when it comes to novelty acts but Richard is up there too. 
And that rendition of "Enter Sandman" was amazing.
This is also probably my favorite cover of "Bohemian Rhapsody". I dislike nearly all covers of it but I think his is just peachy.
