Is this the best song ever?? Been playing this one 5 times in a row now!!

Let's hear it!! Do you think this is a pompous, overdone, overrated, never should have written song? Or do you think it's utterly fantastic!!

The song? - Lone Star - The Bells of Berlin ( 1977 )

I liked it. One thing about this joint is that there is music others would mention that one would never come across through the usual channels.

Yes great track E.F !! Both LONE STAR albums are essential purchases.....Hmm there was a thread of this great underated band some time ago...got to find it.

I remember Lone Star, had their debut album once, they once supported Ted Nugent at a gig I saw in England in the 70's sometime, John Peel used to play them a lot, if you can find the audio of the radio sessions they did for him you will be blown away as I recall it was superb. But no, for me it isn't the best song ever, though there's no right or wrong answer to that question, the best song ever is the one that each person loves the most, you ask 100 people and you'd probably get 99 different answers. It's a very good track though
