Yeah, I hear a lot of "Revolver" in some of todays, bands..

I cant get started in what was their best album.. because I would
go mad/insane, I can think of about six albums they did, that qualify
as their "best" work. LOL

For me, the pinnacle of the Beatles was also their swan song... Abbey Road. They had a lot of good stuff over their career, but I have never been able to get into an album of theirs the way I can dig into this one. It's been a favorite of mine since childhood.

I listened to Revolver yesterday... wow it just blew me away, like it always does. It's so hard to believe it was released in '66. The sound, the songwriting, the voices, the variety of songs, I just have to say:

I LOVE THE BEATLES!!!

Revolver is easily my favourite album of all-time. The production, the musicianship, the creativity. It's all remarkable.

Well a case can certainly be made for Revolver being their best album.

I wouldn't agree however, Abbey Road, Rubber Soul, White Album, and Pepper
come to mind LOL

I do like Revolver equally though, and I dig that Harrison got three tunes on Revolver
the only time that happened, except for the White Album he had four, but that was a
double album, with 30 tunes.

Abbey Road > Revolver...

I think Abbey Road is in the top ten of all time. Revolver I have in the top 100 of all time, but I like Sgt Peppers more myself.

"Rubber Soul" is my favorite album by the Fabs. "In My Life" is just beautiful...so reflective and thoughtful.

I'd have to say Sgt. Pepper is one of my favorite Beatles' albums. 'A Day in the Life' is a spectacular song that finishes off the album so well.

For some reason I am scared to listen to any other album apart from Abbey Road.
I see Abbey Road on my mp3 or computer and just no other album exists in my mind, and when the music starts, my mind just flutters away, careless and carefree
