With the release of Lovedrive in 1979, The Scorpions started to recieve some attention and the next two albums garnered more acclaim. But it was Love At First Sting that put the band on the world stage of success.

While I was raving about 70s SCORPIONS....with Uli Jon Roth being my guitar hero. 80s SCORPIONS were superb heavy,melodic and very stylish. Mattias Jabs on guitar proved to be a remarkable [underated] replacement.
As for favourite album....I have chosen "Lovedrive"...just over "blackout"..but very close

Having a hard time choosing between these three AWESOME releases: Lovedrive, Animal Magnetism, Blackout.

All three are so good !!


BLACKOUT, just for old time sake more then anything else. My friends and I used to do alot of beverage consumption to that album in '88.
