Who's seen this? I know it's been briefed here but that was before anyone had a chance to see it. I loved it and everyone's got to respect Dave Grohl for trying to preserve part of musics history and using his fame to bring that history to the present. This was made in a nonjudgmental way and matches the philosophy I have about not forgetting the past but also finding a way to use modern technology to further the evolution of music. In my ideal world musicians would have all the options and based on their ideas get to choose which one gets their vision across. From the idea of raw musicianship where every mistake can be picked up to the respect for Trents use of new technology this is just a doc for people who love music and don't want to see the past magic erased or forgotten.

This is definitely something I'd be interested in watching & I see it has brilliant reviews at Amazon.

Reminds me of that old saying, "It's because we stand on the shoulders of Giants we can see further."

Haven't seen the documentary but have nothing but respect for Grohl's commitment to preserving music's heritage.
