SEASONS OF THE WOLF:

Formed 1988, Bradenton, FL, United States

Genre: Progressive / Heavy Metal

Discography:

1996 Seasons of the Wolf
1999 Lost in Hell
2001 Nocturnal Revelation
2007 Once in a Blue Moon

Another one of those modern metal bands that draws a good deal of inspiration from the 70's, everything from BOC to Pink Floyd . I own all four of their CDs. Great band.

The keyboards give the band somewhat of a 'spacey' sound. Works well. Really liked the track, "Lost In Hell".:grinthumb

That's a really hard question, LG. All four are awesome and I have a hard time choosing one over the other but if I had to answer I would say either Lost in Hell or Nocturnal Revelation. A lot of people like the debut best I really wouldn't disagree..they are all that good, IMO.

After listening to the first three over the last 3 days I think I have to go with Nocturnal Revelation. Here is the title track from that CD. I have to say that the sound quality doesn't do the keys justice though. Again, it is a really close call.

Sabbath cover

I had planned to put this in my Retro thread but it seems to have gotten much more attention here.

What a great band. :cheers2

Is there a girl on bass guitar? In the Lost in Hell video?

I have digged a little and I found a Phaedra Rubio playing in this band from '91 to '99 :grinthumb
