^I just listened to that album a few days ago. I as well overlooked it the first time I listened to it, but listening to it again made me wonder why I skipped through it so fast the first time. Definitely a well structured album.

Picked up Holographic Universe. I love this album from start to finish also.
Morphogenesis is a great opening track.


Ghost Prototype 1 and 2 are great songs too but 1 particularly.

It has been fun rediscovering this band again. I now have all their studio albums with the recent purchase of the first album Symmetric in Design. Heavy guitar tone but it does have nice cleaner and melodic moments too.

Here's another melodeath type band I think you would really enjoy.

I didn't care much for the band after Christian Älvestam left and was replaced by two singers who weren't nearly as good as him. That being said, "Pitch Black Progress" is a superb record. "The Illusionist" is one of the best melodeath tracks of the 00s imo.
