This may be the first time I had that twinge when I heard a musician died. Soundgarden, Audioslave, Temple of The Dog and Cornell's solo material may not have been the music I listened to the most but it's the first time someone past where I felt their vibe from my formative music years. Cornell's vocal range and haunting allure created some of the most heartfelt brooding harmonies I've heard. I'm sad as much about the still remaining potential and the unlimited talent being lost as I am about anything. I feel for the super fans as from an off and on casual fan I still felt plenty from his art. R.I.P Cornell!
