Never got into 'The Electric Prunes' although like many people of a certain generation the 'Prunes song' that appeared in the movie Easy Rider in 1969 was the only song that I knew or heard of.

...The Rolling Stones knew the knowledge and expertise of a good Producer and Sound Engineer could make or break a song or the whole album!
Dave Hassinger helped the Stones develop sounds...different to those 'white coats' at Abbey Road.
Dave and James Lowe ran the tape backwards...and that whammy bigsby took on a whole new meaning..(the autoharp is icing on the cake.)
