Seriously? Of all the songs in all the world, you can't think of one single song that you are more annoyed with or dislike more than that one?

Slowhand it has to be. I think 'Rust' was that curious album NY made with one side of the LP almost thrash metal, and the other side folksy accoustic, weird. I so hate that racket NY makes when he yanks up that electric guitar of his, it's deliberately distorted and makes my ears hurt, just awful. I only really like NY when he's laid back, he can never make his mind up about his musical identity, he's actually made some ghastly records IMO, and I mean quite a lot of them. Clapton you can rely on to be stunning almost every time he goes into the studio.
