Didnt watch the tv procession but saw some of the clips.
I find it interesting how wrapped up in 'rock stars' people seem to get both during and after their careers...as if they found the cure for cancer or found the meaning of life. There are a number of musicians I admire regarding their music and abilities but never really became emotionally attached to them.
I stopped buying Sabbath lps after Sabotage...the early ones was their best period imho.
(My daughter bought me '13' in 2013 for my birthday...so I do have a later one ....interesting that it got better reviews than many of the earlier ones)
RIP Mr Osbourne for the family and close friends.

Interesting post: I'm taking it from your opines that you are an 'I'm alright jack' type of person- I've invested lots of time, money and interest in many musical artists...and extend that to their passing.Ozzy gave me many years of happiness....his habits and somewhat neglect of parenting hasn't eclipsed my appreciation of his music. The people that maybe should be finding a cure for cancer are investing taxpayers money and power in unjust, evil activities.

Dont know what ' I'm alright jack' means...sorry.
I also have 'invested' time and money into various music artists and as I said I admire many musicians...I just dont get wrapped up in their lives or their passings.
I dont know that those ( scientists , researchers, etc,,) looking for cures to cancer and other problems are involved in evil /unjust activities....and I have no problem investing 'taxpayer money' into that if its legitimate. Hopefully in the end we all benefit. The problem is always people ,,,,,,not the motives/ incentives or looking for answers to problems.

I know "of scientists " ( which I didn't say!) that are and were involved in evil and unjust practices...it's now in the public domain that 45% of Sweden's convid vaccine was saline!!
