MP Edit: 2nd video removed by youtube user

(Ignore the Thomas the Tank Engine theme in the 2nd video. It appears the majority of the Ringo songs on YouTube only come with clips of Thomas and Percy getting up to some mischeif :heheh:)

I was just listening to Goodnight Vienna the other day. I've always been kinda unsure of listening to ringos music. Because he was always the beatle that composed or wrote less for the band, and I always liked him a lot, so I didnt want crappy music getting in the way of that appreeciation I have for him. But the album seemed great. I will download his whole discography, even though I understand he does have some pretty crappy ones.

^^ This just my opinion, and I own all of his works....everything from Time Takes Time on.

Get these....these are all well produced albums with nothin' but great solid tunes.

I saw Ringo's all-Starr band mentioned on another thread and it got me thinking: What's your favorite line-up of the band? Mine's the first with Rick Danko, Levon Helm, Joe Walsh, Nils Lofgren, Dr. John, Billy Preston and Clarence Clemons. I saw them at the Greek Theater in L.A. It was extra cool because Garth Hudson showed up to play on the Rick and Levon songs.

^^ You're goin' way back cause that's the first one!! :grinthumb

My favorite would have to be with Peter Frampton, Jack Bruce, Gary Brooker, Mark Riviera, Simon Kirke and Ringo.

It had a simple straight up rock band feel to it.

Of course I loved nymber three for having John Entwistle in it!! :grinthumb
