Relics unknown song no. 4

Hi all.

Encouraged by Brainticket's solving of my 3:rd song, I'll try with the rest. Don't worry, there is only 3 more, but they are the hard ones.

This fourth song is also probably from the early eighties with very characteristic, (for that time), synth sounds. A girl is singing what one might call a "synth ballad". I can't make out much of the lyrics; is she singing about a cat?
