Gloomy selection; something that I might've listened to and appreciated more as a Goth teenager. 6.8/10

Beautiful calming song and voice. I really like it 8.5/10

One of the most iconic greek artists of his era died last month, Tzimis Panousis. In his memory..

Life has a door, a cunning door
With a red light and you pay to enter
It also has a signature in a plastic sign

Oh Suzana, Suzana, Suzana
Life is a whore

Sex, food, shit and sleep, work and joy
You wait for a life to **** in the queue
With soldiers and freaks

I am leaving timidly
"You are going nowhere"
"You disturb the queue ****"

- Sir please, I don't want to make love
- You have to go inside
They throw kilim carpets on me

Oh Suzana, Suzana, Suzana
Life is a whore

Everything is a lie, a breath, a whiff
A dawn will cut one of our hands like a flower
Just before you enter in, just before the contact

Oh Suzana, Suzana, Suzana
Life is a whore

I didn't know this was a cover until just recently. Somehow they took an original song from a 1929 German opera with what sounds like a polka beat and turned it into an American classic. 9.5/10

Wow I like your research...! Maybe a Ray Manzarek influence..? When I first heard the song (quite recently) I was struck by how the song was musically individual, and how the melodies were put together, the style sounded a little old fashion but compelling to hear.

I'm guessing one of his more simple pieces. Sounds like it could make a good soundtrack to a drama film. 7.5/10

Artist with audience participation in singing. Never seen it before but it worked, even got slightly emotional by seeing the happiness of some of the faces of the audience.
6.8/10
