Has that classic late 70s pop rock sound. Interesting chord progression in a minor key, something you don't often hear in pop music. My kind of tunes. 7.8/10
10/10 before I start!
Got all The Bloodhound Gang albums...very underestimated band..the beat, lyrics and sharpness of content make it much more than a vulgar song..
Ex -Bay City Roller here...great album!
Nice solo guitar work, and the synth was an unexpected but welcome addition. But I didn't really connect with it emotionally quite as much as I wanted to. 7/10
...They did a run of 3 great albums..Martin, Numbers are great tunes also.Dave always added great synth.Even though distinctly 80s..it's not aged!
10/10
[this song was nagging me,' cause I think the same bald headed geezer was in Mad World or similar video...]
I was a fan of his stuff in the 80s but I feel like his music hasn't aged well. It sounds very dated, especially the keyboard parts...and not in a good way like Soft Cell. I can't even listen to his hits anymore because they too have a very dated feel that for some reason only sounded good back in the day. 6.8/10
Sounds very early 80s. Music and vocals are both okay but nothing about the song really blew me away. And frankly, I think it should've been edited down to a 4-minute song. 7/10
