Ozric Tentacles are great(and all instrumental). Ed Wynne actually has a new album out. I kind of lost track of OT a while ago but Jurassic Shift is far and away one of the best prog albums of the 90's imo. Another good band from back then that are still around is Djam Karet. Although they are still making music you don't hear much about them anymore for some reason. I guess you could sort of say the same thing about OT. For awhile everything was Porcupine Tree, Porcupine Tree and more Porcupine Tree. Yes, I know they were never full instrumental.
