Older than Dirt
OK everybody...I've been threatening for months...here it is!
Since last August, Ol' man pdude has whipped his musical ass back into shape.
I invested in a Pro Tools LE 7.3 rig with the Production Toolkit & enough Plug-Ins & Software to stun a rocket scientist. I got my home recording studio back up & running, & fully modernized.
I've been working out on my axes & voice every day, studying tutorials, reading manuals, & slowly getting the 1st of 11 new songs recorded & mixed, with a huge backlog of material behind that.
I could keep fiddling with the mix for months...but I think it's time to get my 1st new song out for you guys to critique.
So…here's my 1st newly copyrighted release for 2007:

That's me on multi-tracked vocals & all the guitars:
I program all the drumming, & play all the synthesizers. I've been playing keyboards since 1st grade. One of my last gigs in the music industry, before becoming a contractor 17 years ago, was as a product specialist for Korg Synthesizers.
I'll always get a kick out of playing bass.
I hope you all like my new recording. I worked hard on it.
My next releases, coming shortly, will also feature my best old friends, Kenny Morse & David Day, who are joining me for a Whitehorse 2007 mini-reunion.
Stay tuned.
