Oresund Space Collective formed In Denmark and is a nine piece multi-national free form improvised space rock. Named after the Oresund Bridge that connects Denmark and Sweden.

The Black Tomato, released in 2007 trips with spacey guitars with delay effects with psychedelic twin and triple guitar work. Diversified keyboards and synths range from psych to jazzy elements of an electric piano. Excellent rhythm section, funky bass lines and drum patterns are the foundation. For fans of Hawkwind and Krautrockers.

Great band , one of my favorite Space rock bands. I have three CDs and a DVD of theirs. Gonna seek out their 2010 release soon.

Picked up "The Black Tomato" last week and really impressed me.

Using Joe's gold standard of album ratings I would give this one a solid:

I am a fan of Hawkwind so.........I gave the vids a listen. Black Tomato reminds me of Hawkwind's improvisation and live works.
