Speaking with Doug Aldrich, the new Whitesnake album in 2011 is said to be more bluesy and more like Slide It In or older Whitesnake, compared to Good To Be Bad - which was a continuation of 1987 for the most part. Adding Brian Tichy to the bad (who is one of the best drummers today) - should make the new Whitesnake album one of the best releases next year.

I like the direction of "Good To Be Bad". Oh well, I'll still give the new one a shot.

I was a bit disappointed in "Good To Be Bad" so I hope this new CD accomplishes what they say it is going to be..

I would love to hear a more "classic rock" sound from Whitesnake, however I have all their albums so will probably buy the new one. I would love to see them again, maybe High Voltage next year?
