QUEEN TO RELEASE OLD FREDDIE MERCURY DEMOS
Brought To You By VH1’s Dave Basner

Queen are putting together a new album of old demos featuring late singer Freddie Mercury. Guitarist Brian May told England’s Daily Star that he and drummer Roger Taylor are going through the group’s old material to pick out unreleased tracks for an upcoming LP. That’s not all – the pair is also working on the follow-up to the long-running West End musical We Will Rock You, which features Queen’s music. That’s all on top of the Queen Extravaganza tour that takes place next year with a cover band hand-picked by fans and the group, performing in front of old footage of Queen. Learn about that at Queen Extravaganza - Home.

Clearly, the guys want to continue working and performing. Good luck to them! Maybe they should look for a new singer among the metal-tenors?

I'd be really interested in hearing this. Afterall, I really loved the last time they unearthed a demo with Freddie....
