The music industry whether youlike it or not has embraced manipulation and an electronic based sound. These videos show a new technology that seems to combine the electronic techniques and make it more like an instrument and a way of combining performance art and music! Here are some vids:

Not a problem. A friend posted this in a social group I started on Facebook. he hates Autotune but loves this idea. I thought this would interest the Classic Rock set as it takes some of the traits that a lot of people may hate simply away from a computer and adds a more instrumental dynamic to it. Plus you can tell these artist care about it's use creatively. :)

Creative, Artistic and Futuristic . Iam sure I have seen this before where instruments were triggered by movement...so why not vocals .Will it catch on ? Possibly....I would like to know how expensive these gloves are

I do Soot. I still think there is room in music for vocal effects....its only when it gets swamped by endless artists trying to copy each other. Yes people are getting fed up with autotune.
The use of vocoder [ an older vocal effect]always sounded good in moderation.

I'm not a big fan of electronic sounds in music and hate auto tune but that doesn't stop me admiring innovative technology like this - amazing! It will be interesting to see where this goes :)
