Morbid Saint are hard to beat for all out thrashing mad intensity .
I have and love Spectrum of Death but to be honest never knew that they have an album entitled Lock Up Your Children. I'll have to search for it.

BTW, I had to break out my headphiones and blast this stuff for old times sake ( my daughter is sleeping in the next room ).
