Lou Reed + Metallica = Pure and utter shit. As bad as Metallica's St Anger album was, at least they didn't have that putz Lou Reed singing on it. Seriously, if you are a fan of Reed, good for you, and to each his own. But this combo does NOT work for me ... not even a little bit.


Pantera always had a bit of a southern / redneck mentality so them rockin' out with David Allen Coe ... a guy who is one foul redneck-and-a-half himself, it kinda works. Plus, DAC can actually sing where Lou Reed can barely "talk" his lyrics and make it sound decent.


My vote EASILY goes to Get Outta My Life
