Yes....sorry to hear that...I've been playing Blodwyn Pig and Abrahams first solo lp for the last 2 days...
He wanted to stay blues rock focused and Ian Anderson (who controlled the band) did not so Abrahams left Tull.

Just saw that about Mick Abrahams passing aged 82. I have the first Jethro Tull album This Was 1968 that Mick played guitar on and also the two Blodwyn Pig albums Ahead Rings Out 1969 & Getting To This 1970 plus Mick's solo album from 1971 although it is a full band effort with a bass player a drummer & a saxophone player.
