Michael Hossack of the Doobie Brothers dies

Drummer Michael Hossack of the Doobie Brothers died yesterday at the age of 65.
Hossack was with the Doobies from 1971 until 1975.He rejoined the band in 1987 and was with them until 2010 when he got cancer and had to leave to focus on his health.

Oh no, not another RIP.

The Doobies were just a huge band for many 'classic rock' fans back in the day, one of the tightest, funkiest outfits we had. Don't know if Michael is playing on this great clip, but here's a band that has grown old gracefully, and their sound has evolved instead of them trying to forever sound like they are still 20 year old rockers.

So sorry to lose you Michael - God bless ya.
