Yeah, I've heard it a handful of times ever on the radio that I can remember.
As for Dj's having their own show... *sigh*
We have a good classic rock station here in Mpls that I listen to. They typically play pretty decent stuff and I only complain about a small portion. I DO have a huge complaint about them though. I think they have just about the laziest programming director in history. I can guarantee you that on my 30-45 minute drive into work in the late afternoon I'll here 7-9 songs on the trip. I'll bet you money that of those 7-9 songs, I'll hear almost every single one 8 to 10 hours later, almost in the same order.

10 bazillion classic rock tunes, and they can't come up with enough for one day without repeating dozens? Top 40 radio? Sure, they are known to beat top 40 tunes to death. It's part of the MO. But the vast majority of "classic rock tunes" played by a classic rock station aren't current... so yeah. It annoys me a bit.
