Kittie is an all girl metal band from London, Ontario. They were formed in 1996 when all the members were still in high school and still going strong.They are one of the better all girl bands I have heard in recent years.They have some good songs. My favorites include Paperdoll, Brackish, and Into the Darkness. Thier best album is Spit.

I like Kittie. I had them listed on the female fronted elimination thread. They didn't make it too far in the strip, but I think people should give them a try. They do some growling...just warning you before you listen, but the growling is very tastefully done.

I'm not sure I remember this band or not...they are alright and the more female metal bands the better. Not a big fan of the growling though.

I actually remember Kittie! I think they were getting their start in the late 90's. I remember this video and I was actually into it, and I usually hate metal!
