Gotta remember people, the price reflects more than "this is just a book". Obviously you can't just put this on a shelf and you aren't going to carry it with you anywhere. There are only 1000 of these being printed. They are 3 feet high and 2.5 feet wide. The book covers 40 years of KISS. Not your typical coffee table book.

Spendy? yeah. worth it? Only a true fan and collector can answer that. If I won the lottery next week, I'd surely pick one up!

Me and a few friends have gotten into sending each other books about great rock groups. When we are done reading them they are sent off to the next person in line. This KISS book is going to kill that idea..
Too bad.. My income isn't that grand to afford it..
