KEITH RICHARDS WORKING ON NEW X-PENSIVE WINOS ALBUM
Brought To You By VH1’s Dave Basner

On Thursday night, Keith Richards appeared as a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and revealed that he is working on a new solo album with his band, the X-pensive Winos. The guitarist explained they’ve had some sessions and are “starting to blossom,” but didn’t say when a record might come out. As for his other group, The Rolling Stones, Keith said he’s attempting to get the group together to work on new material, stating, “I’m trying to nail them down but I don’t want to crucify them.” See the entire interview on YouTube.

With Keef, that could mean anything from "I wanna do it, but Mick doesn't" to "Hey, look guys! I learned a new pun!!!"

I dunno, the X-Pensive Winos album looks more promising at this stage. Which isn't neccessarily a bad thing, I quite like Keith's solo work.. particularly when compared with Mick's :heheh:
