Brave New World was ok I suppose coming after the two Blaze albums and with Bruce back on the vocals and Adrian Smith 3rd guitar back in the line up although I thought it dragged a bit towards the end of the album but after not hearing any Maiden albums for maybe 10 years up to that point in time the year 2000 it soon became apparent after listening to several others from the 1990s & 2000s that by then the band was knocking out albums that all sounded pretty much the same (to my ears?) with the usual 'Maiden formula' of a slow start then a fast gallop then back to a slow finish.
The Dance of Death didn't do anything for me.
