Heyyy,
We're a four piece vaguely-progressive rock band, currently with two guitarists, a bassist and a singer. We've just released our first proper song, a six minute plus track written by our guitarists and singer. The bassist was ill at the time of the recording, so doesn't have much of a presence on the track, and while we're looking for a drummer, a session drummer laid down the drum tracks.
Anyway, it's a kind of progressive ballad, with vaguely sci-fi-ish lyrics about a dying solider, with military marching style drums underneath the verses.
Here's a little teaser clip of the song:
The first teaser is taken from the pre-chorus to the song, 'Would you miss me, if I was a world away?'
Actually, it's on amazon and there's a different preview you can listen to on there! HERE
Anyway, if you like it, please consider downloading it, it's great fun, and great value, and it would help support struggling student musicians! Cos we really do need to find a way to pay our session drummer! It's on itunes, and amazon!
Thanks!
