I Set My Friends On Fire

I Set My Friends On Fire (ISMFOF) is an experimental band that dabbles in electronica, post-hardcore, experimental rock and a tad of crunkcore.
ISMFOF was formed in Miami, Florida by Matt Mehana and former member Nabil Moo in 2007. Chris Lent was later added as their permanent drummer in 2009.
I don't listen to these guys often but I find their humor amusing, the way they just have a ball making their music and they do things as ridiculously as possible, I always chuckle when I listen to them.

Oh man, I totally forgot about these guys. They were one of the prime bands I listened to when I was a senior in high school. Things That Rhyme With Orange was, and probably still is my favorite song.

I need to get more of their stuff, studio albums, but I have listened to some live stuff on youtube and they don't sound that great =\

Yeah, some of their stuff is pretty funny. That's why I like them though, they can be funny and still sounds pretty decent.

Not sure if you've heard, but they've got a new album coming out soon, with some new band members. Nabil left. Not totally sure why. The new album is said to be released in June.

It would be interesting to see what they come up with, with the new person they find ... unless they disband ....

It'll be interesting to see how they pull it off, but I am hoping for it to be good. I don't think they'll disband though, they've been pretty successful thus far, and have been doing what they love to do, regardless of all the criticism they get.

I'm sure the new stuff will be great.
