Thanks for the link, Shadow!

This looks like an interesting book to read. The Author of this book, Roby, travels around giving lectures at Universities on Hendrix. There is a bootleg of the Hendrix lost archives, and boy o boy it is a whopper of a bootleg......20 discs (2 gigs of files)

THis looks pretty interesting. I know I'm not a huge fan by any means but I am a casual fan. That said I've been looking for some info on a double record I had of his in the 70's which I can't seem to find(I don't remember if I may have lent it out). I don't think it was ever released on CD but the album I believe was called the Jimi Hendrix Story & the cover was white with a picture of Jimi sitting playing guitar with his Black (Billy Jack type) Hat on. I used to listen to it alot back then & I think it was mostly live cuts such as Johnny B Goode,Wild Thing,Rock Me Baby...
I know there's a Jimi Hendrix Story CD compilation out there now but it's not the same

It really shows Jimi's contacts with other musicians, and how it influenced them. He was very respected among his peers.
