Help ID 1973-1977 song

Hello,
I´m trying for years to identify “ mystery song“ -from a tape recorded in 1976-1977- radio Luxembourg. Is there anyone who might offer a simple explanation for a layman?

Sounds like alot of bands. The vocals are familiar, but the song isn't.

I wouldn't worry. This bunch in here should be able to help you.

They've figured out musical mysteries with way less to work with than this.

Sound quality is terrible but there is enough there for someone familiar with the vocalist to hopefully identify the song, but I have no idea myself who it is Jara.
