Our long weekend was last week...and I forgot it was Memorial Day for my southern friends. I have been watching all kinds of War movies since yesterday...I know but I was raised in the military and lived on Air Force bases for my entire childhood so I have always been fascinated by history and tactics and strategy.

I hope you all enjoy the weekend, and I respect the men and women in the military that have paid the ultimate price, because of their nobility we can enjoy what freedoms we do have.

Memorial Day is also the first "beach day" for me .. as teens, we would take a bus to the beach starting on Memorial Day.
