Hi, I'm Jim from North London. I'm 28 and I've been listening to Rock (classic an non-classic) since I came into this world as my Dad has always had impeccable taste in music and got me on it right from the off. I love it all as long as it’s good besides the obvious greats of the 60’s and 70’s I’m also big into the Seattle scene of the late 80’s/early 90’s as well as a lot of the other “Alternative” rock bands of the 90’s such as Faith No More, Primus and Jane’s Addiction.
In terms of more recently have been listening to a bit of Mastodon, QOTSA, Clutch, Black Mountain, Wolf People, Field Music and White Denim to name a few and am always looking for recommendations for new bands to check out.
I play a bit of guitar and am lucky enough to own a Gibson Les Paul Custom, although if I’m honest the drums are my real love - I can’t really play them but it’s always what my ear gravitates to in a song.
