Goatwhore is a blackened Blackened death metal that was formed by singer/guitarist Sammy Duet in 1997 following the breakup of his previous band, Acid Bath.

I know only one of their songs , 'Alchemy Of The Black Sun Cult' which I really liked; I wanted to look into finding more of their stuff but never got round to it Cheers CN

Oh wow these guys are good!

With a name like "Goatwhore" I always thought they would be a dime a dozen death metal band ala Cannibal Corpse, or a grindcore, slam death or some sort of band like that. But I love Blackened Thrash and I never knew there was a connection to Acid Bath!

Acid Bath is sick and that is why I checked them out.

Yeah. I like 'em a lot. I have their last two. Saw them live in Hollywood quite a few times opening for other bands. They were almost the house band at the House of Blues for a while out in LA lol

People slagg on them alot but whatever ...go listen to the Bullet Boys
