On the first album (and first video I posted), she does that thing with her voice, not sure what to call it, but it doesn't take too much away from the music.
Overall the band reminds me a little of Lunatica and Visions Of Atlantis.
DISENCHANTER is an awesome three piece Stoner / Doom band out of Portland , Oregon
It consists of a married couple Sabine Strangenburg Guitar and Vocals and Joey Demartini killler bassist
and at the moment Im not quite sure who is taking up the drum kit duties. They are firmly routed
in 70s rock & roll and pop culture and though not an known band they are definitely an up an comer for the future. They have two EPs and one Full length to their credit ( full lenght pictured ) Killer band and super cool people ...check out their awesome Sci - Fi laced Sabbath ( etc. ) inspired awesomeness below.

Excellent band and album. I also love the artwork. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, I only have a digital copy so far, but according to the band, physical copies will be available (again) in October. So, all you need is a bit of patience @joker1961. I think orders have to be placed directly to the band, so keep an eye on the following links:
The Agonist have released a new album called "Five". I never was a huge fan of the band with Alissa, but I really like them with Vicky. I thought "Eye of Providence" was a solid, but not outstanding, start with her, but they've certainly made a leap forward with the new one. Vicky sounds even more confident on this one and I'm impressed with the variation in her vocals, ranging from soulful to growls. The only complaint I have about the album, is the crappy bonus track, which is a cover of "Take Me to Church". I seriously cannot stand listening to that song and their version does not change that.
"Five" track list:
1. “The Moment”
2. “The Chain”
3. “The Anchor and the Sail”
4. “The Game”
5. “The Ocean”
6. “The Hunt”
7. “The Raven Eyes”
8. “The Wake”
9. “The Resurrection”
10. “The Villain”
11. “The Pursuit of Emptiness”
12. “The Man Who Fell to Earth”
13. “The Trial”
14. “Take Me to Church” (Hozier cover) (Bonus Edition Only)
Keen to hear it. Though the song writing was better with Alissa (to me) certainly than the last album (I liked it though) I am keen to see how they go further up with this one.
