Gary Moore - Still Got The Blues

Very tough. I'm a bigger fan of Clapton than I am of Gary Moore, but that is definitely my favorite Moore tune. I almost auto-voted for Moore on this one because of that fact.

After listening to both tunes, back to back, I'm kinda torn.

In THIS match-up each individual's legacy notwithstanding...Clapton's is "pure" in a sense BUT Moore's is undoubtedly electric not to mention an original. No question Clapton is more regarded in the genre.

Thought about this some more, and I have to go with Gary Moore. As I said in my first post, the VAST majority of the time, I'll take EC over GM, but in this instance, as cool of a tune that Have You Ever Loved Loved a Woman is, Still Got the Blues is just a better tune.
