Allman Brothers: oh lorddddd. aint my cross to bear. for this particular second, anyway.

Amboy Dukes/Ted Nugent: journey to the center of the mind / stranglehold, baybeeee

Chad & Jeremy: a summer song

Joe Cocker: i'll take his cover of delta lady, thankyewverymuch.

Drifters/Ben E. King: up on the roof / stand by me

Humble Pie/Peter Frampton: well, i love a ton o' pie, and that live fillmore kicketh my ass. but aside from that, it's between i don't need no doctor and 30 days in the hole. oh wait, i also love the ENtire self-titled album, too. bloody hell.
peter frampton: i'll be predictable and say do you feel like we do.

Madonna: not much of a fan, but like a prayer, i can handle.

John Cougar Mellencamp: easy. what if i came knockin. that song cranks.

Pearl Jam: i happen to be one of those pearl jam fanatics. i'm in a weird mood today. i'm thinkin i want either who you are, yellow ledbetter, or insignificance. yeah.

Marty Robbins: el paso. the only one i know. you should hear reap's version: out in the west texas town of el paso / i fell in love with a mexican slut / she could shoot green beans straight out of her assho / ... um, never mind.

Sonny & Cher: i got yew, babe. man, if that doesn't remind me of when i was a wee wenchetta... long, longgggg ago.

Dusty Springfield: son of a preacher man. i love the hell outta this song still. she was great. dusty in memphis is a kickass album.

Them/Van Morrison: gloriiiiiia / tupelo honey. <--the best slow-dance-nekkid song there is.

Bobby Vinton: blue velvet (although i must admit the movie has forever warped the song. maybe that's why i dig it. ahem.)

Dionne Warwick: walk on by. even though i have a greatest hits comp of her early stuff, and i love it. it's true. catchy, singable.

it is truly incredible (well, in my ever-questionable opinion). if you love the song, and you haven't heard this version, you need to hear it. it's on...
