I think the concert footage from this tour was an HBO special. I have it on vhs somewhere. It is fantastic! I cannot even understand why I did not see him on that tour. But I did eventually see him a few other times.
Behind The Sun is one of my favorite albums.

Love his work with Cream, Blindfaith , and Derek and the Dominos......never really got into his solo lps though 461 Ocean Blvd and Slowhand are solid music.
IMHO his best guitar work is Cream live vol 1, Wheels of Fire especially the live tracks, and his guitar work with Duane on Layla lp.

From a Jack Bruce collection called Willpower(1989) ....Eric on lead guitar on this previously unreleased track by Bruce. One of my favorite cd's by Bruce.

He had Chris Stainton on piano, Jamie Oldtaker on drums, Marcy Levy on backing vocals, Donald Dunn on bass, Tim Wrenrick on guitar. I love that line up and the concert recording.

His early solo albums with more influence from JJ Cale and slower songs are less interesting to me. He has long been one of my favorite artists apart from being in The Yardbirds.
Not so long ago it was not so easy to get a copy of his recording with Bee Gees in The Bunburys and the song “Fight (No Matter How Long)”.
