Dark Adrenaline was far better than Shallow Life. lol One of their best efforts since Karmacode or Comalies.

2nd single from The Quantum Enigma. I think it's gonna be a great album.

At first I was gonna say I like them exactly the same.

Now I've listened to both tracks about a million times and I'm leaning more towards Essence Of Silence as the better track, though I still love Utopia Unchained.

The only thing I could wish for would be a guest appearance by Khan. He and Simone always sang really great together.

I've had the album about a week now. As I thought it would be, an amazing album front to back.

Essence Of Silence is still the best track for me, but everything else is great. Not a bad one in the bunch.

I've only heard it a couple of times so far, but the two tracks that stood out for me were "Essence Of Silence" (we agree on that one - Simone has rarely sounded better!) and "The Fifth Guardian (Interlude)" (A bit odd I guess). The bonus disc with the acoustic tracks is also nice! The production really stands out and I think Simone sounds better than on the past couple of albums - if not ever.

The new album I am really loving so far. They keep somehow outdoing themselves of their previous albums.
The Fifth Guardian is an interlude but a really beautifully crafted one.

^^ As I said above, that was also one of the tracks that stood out for me after the first couple of spins. Cool to hear that you feel that way too!

Quietus is a fantastic tune. Had a very folkish feel to it.
