Personally, I can't dance, but if I'm ever in a situation where disco music is playing, I will often pretend that I can dance, usually for the benefit of any young ladies in the room.

I think most of us ladies have fond memories of Disco because of the dancing.


I honestly believe Disco is still alive......I hear alot of similarities in today's house, electro, and club music.

^^I would add quite a bit of the newer Pop music as well, it's easy to dance to and that is no accident.

When I think of Disco, I think of catchy choruses and beats that make you wanna shake your groove thang. I dont try to analyze Disco for whether or not the musicianship is worthy, I just want it to have a beat to dance to and something catchy to sing along
