All Star Dio Tribute Band Announced

Former Dio band members Rudy Sarzo (bass), Craig Goldy (guitar), Simon Wright (drums) and Scott Warren (keyboards) are teaming up to pay tribute to the late Ronnie James Dio.

They will be playing shows in the UK and Europe under the name of the Dio Disciples. They’ll be joined by vocalists Tim ‘Ripper’ Owens and Toby Jepson.

The dates are to be confirmed shortly.

I would prefer, that in a group like this, Russell Allen was singing. In my opinion, Tim Owens's voice absolutely unsuitable to the songs by "DIO".
